Santa Cruz Post Acute is a compassionate, resident‑focused skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care and support. Our CNAs play a vital role in helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life each day.
Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and caring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. The CNA provides hands‑on care, assists residents with daily activities, and supports licensed nursing staff to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
Pay & Benefits
* Minimum starting rate: $21.50 hour (higher DOE)

Available Shifts
* Day, Evening, and Night shifts

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
* Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while preserving dignity and independence.
* Record vital signs, weights, and other observations as directed.
* Assist with meal service and hydration support.
* Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.
* Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
* Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
* Support nursing team with assigned clinical and non-clinical tasks.
Qualifications
* Active California CNA certification required
* Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced care environment
* Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements
