Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Part-Time / PRN – All Shifts Available – Starting at $38/hour DOE – Santa Cruz Post Acute

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our care team. We offer part-time and PRN positions across all shifts, along with a supportive culture focused on teamwork and exceptional resident care.

• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration and treatments
• Assist with assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, physicians, and families
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Support resident-centered care and uphold dignity and respect
• Contribute to a positive team environment

• Current LVN license in California
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• SNF experience preferred but not required—training provided
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Starting at $38 per hour (DOE)
• Part-Time & PRN options

  Day, PM, NOC
