The County of Santa Cruz, California is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and collaborative leader to serve as the County Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will lead a progressive, innovative organization, dedicated to delivering equitable and results-oriented public services. Reporting directly to the Board of Supervisors, the CEO serves as the top administrative official responsible for the day-to-day operations of all County departments, implementation of Board policy, and execution of the County's strategic vision.

This role requires a leader with a strong ethical foundation, deep public-sector experience, and a passion for advancing fiscal responsibility, organizational effectiveness, and equity across all County operations. Salary and benefits

Annual Salary: $276,058 – $370,032 DOE/DOQ,
