The Hyatt Place Santa Cruz is looking to fill key staff positions with potential to grow and progress in the hospitality field!

• Deliver exceptional guest service, solve problems, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform check‑in and check‑out transactions, utilizing computers and cash handling skills.
• Provide service at the bar for espresso and alcoholic beverages, and help prepare food in the kitchen.
• Set up and serve meetings and events as needed.

• Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment with constant guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi‑task.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
• Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Must be 18 years or older.

This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer of individuals working at this hotel may be a third‑party management company that is responsible for all employment benefits and obligations at this location.
