What You’ll Do:

-Deliver personalized therapy treatments to short-term rehab and long-term care residents

-Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

-Document progress and adjust care plans as needed

-Educate residents and families on continued care strategies

Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain a license in the state of California
