Clinical Supervisor; Master's

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor programs to client needs
• Supervise direct‑care staff (behavior therapists) and travel between regional clients
• Evaluate and update client progress reports using industry‑leading data collection software
• Participate in organizational improvements using OBM

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, ABA, or related field
• Proven ABA experience in developing and implementing client programs
• Enthusiastic leadership skills; experience in training, managing, and supporting entry‑level staff
