Occupational Therapist needed for Home Health – Part‑time or Per‑Diem in Santa Cruz, California
.
- Pay range: $110‑$150 per visit/eval/SOC (rate varies based on area, experience, visits/week)

We seek an experienced Occupational Therapist who works independently and as part of a team, maintains a positive attitude, and applies current physical therapy guidelines and recommendations.
Responsibilities- Develop a Plan of Care by evaluating and assessing patient functionality
- Assist patients during exercises and daily functional tasks, correcting form, motivating, and ensuring safety
- Maintain accurate records of all patients, treatments, and progress
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
- Current state licensing for Occupational Therapy, CPR required.
