• Preferred Experience:
  
  Familiarity with Rehab Optima is a plus

• Perform evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic care to promote patient independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Active California Occupational Therapy License
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
• Experience with Rehab Optima preferred
