Full‑Time Education Instructor Opportunities
40 hours = Monday – Friday; 7:30‑4pm or 8am‑4:30pm

AboutThe Position
- Collaborative Teamwork:
Partner closely with teachers to bring individualized educational plans (IEPs) to life, ensuring each student's unique needs are met. - Direct Support:
Provide hands‑on assistance with personal care tasks and expertly manage behavioral crises, offering unwavering support in a safe and inclusive learning environment. - Positive Communication:
Harness the power of positive behavior support strategies to cultivate essential social skills, enhance communication abilities, and promote independence among students. - Cultivating a Supportive Atmosphere:
Cultivate a supportive atmosphere where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to embrace their journey of learning and growth. - Documentation and Reporting:
Thoroughly document student progress and maintain open lines of communication with parents, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team, ensuring everyone is informed and involved in each student's educational journey.
- Age requirement:
Must be 18 years or older to be eligible for employment. - Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Driver’s license:
Valid and current California driver’s license preferred. - Availability:
Monday through Friday: 7:30‑4pm or 8am‑4:30pm. This is a year‑round program. - Interpersonal

Reliability, compassion, and patience, coupled with a genuine passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives. - Adaptability:
Ability to adjust to varying needs, preferences, and communication styles of those we support. - Flexibility:
Capacity to adapt to changing environments and respond effectively to unexpected situations.
- Compensation: $20 per hour with a $1.00 increase after six months.
