• Other Info:
  Bilingual providers strongly preferred. Recent or current laborist experience required (clinic-focused background preferred). Local Bay Area candidates preferred. NICU Level III access through partnership with other facility

• Active CA license
• BC in OB/GYN
• Completion of ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
• Active CA DEA
• BLS, & ACLS
• Clean malpractice (Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation)
