Job Summary And Responsibilities — Daytime Radiology Opportunity with Hybrid and Daytime Teleradiology schedules available. Foundation Physicians Medical Group (FPMG), a multi-specialty medical group aligned with Dignity Health, is seeking to add Radiologists for onsite to live/work in the beautiful coastal city of Santa Cruz, CA
. Open to Hybrid and fully remote opportunities.

• Full complement of specialties CT/MR/PET/US/X-ray
• No mammography requirement

• Highly competitive compensation ($500-$600k) with signing bonus and moving allowance
• Excellent benefits package including full health insurance, CME stipend, malpractice insurance and retirement plan

• Ability to obtain a valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
• Fellowship training desirable
