Associate General Dentist – Full Time

4 Days per Week | $850/day Guarantee or 25% of Adjusted Production (Whichever Is Higher)
Santa Cruz Dental Group is a busy, well-established private practice seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to join our team four days per week. We offer a modern, supportive environment with strong systems, consistent patient flow, and a culture focused on quality care — not rushed dentistry.
This role is ideal for a dentist who values clinical excellence, clear expectations, and long-term stability in a practice designed to support success.

Schedule & Compensation- 4 days per week (full-time)
- $850 per day guaranteed OR 25% of adjusted production (whichever is higher)
- Daily production goal: ~${"5,000"}/day
- Established patient flow — no need to build a schedule from scratch
- Strong hygiene-driven model supporting consistent exams and treatment
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
- Exams and diagnosis of oral health conditions
- Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns/bridges)
- Simple extractions and endodontic procedures
- Digital X-rays and preventive care
- Present ethical, patient-focused treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term dental health
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
- Maintain high standards for safety, compliance, and clinical excellence
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
- Active California dental license (or in process)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
- Prior clinical or private practice experience preferred
- Confident, ethical clinician with strong chairside manner
- Team-oriented, reliable, and growth-minded
- CPR/BLS and NPI required

DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
