Dental Receptionist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our dental office.

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Dentrix software
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries
• Collect and process patient payments
• Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

• 1-2 years previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist required
• Proficient in using office phone systems and Dentrix
• Knowledge of dental coding is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn

Pay:
Competitive - TBD upon experience and willingness to learn
