JOB SUMMARYUnder the supervision of the Executive Director, Campus Risk Services and Occupational Health, the Program Analyst performs high-level administrative services across Risk Services. The role provides critical support and administers resources for various programs.
JOB DUTIES50% – Administrative:
Manage, plan, and administer administrative operations including budget, human resources, facilities, payroll assistance, and contracts. Develop budgets and financial reports. Perform recharge administration and provide support to Risk Services programs and initiatives such as the Occupational Health Program, Healthy Campus Network, Work Strong, Smoke & Tobacco Free-Environment Policy, COVID-19 programs, Wellness Program, and others. Coordinate program reports, human resources activities, and financial and HR related reports.
Supervise a small staff. Assist in website content, newsletters, and correspondence. Administer supply inventory, purchasing, equipment needs, and office logistics. Manage calendaring, travel coordination, and reimbursements. Support special events.
50% – Initiatives and Program Support:
Support Risk Services programs, lead research on special projects, analyze data, support outreach and website management, contribute to grant and contract proposals, perform studies for resource plans, and assist with fundraising duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of administrative operational activities such as event planning, basic fundraising, website design, accounting, payroll, and contracts or grants regulations.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting technique, HR policies and procedures.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong customer service and analysis & problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of University rules, processes, and procedures for budgeting, accounting, fund management, and personnel management.
- Solid knowledge of common University‑specific computer application programs.
