We Are Looking For

The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within their assigned geography or territory. This role involves owning the entire sales process, from building and managing customer relationships to identifying needs, preparing quotes, negotiating deals, and fulfilling orders. The Account Manager works closely with internal teams to resolve administrative sales tasks, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure seamless order management.

They monitor account profitability, proactively address changes in product costs, and regularly update forecasts to align with division strategies. Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Managers, and Sales Managers, the Account Manager ensures effective performance against key KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales process within assigned accounts and territory, driving revenue and sales growth.
  • Manage accounts by qualifying needs, recommending FDH solutions, preparing and sharing quotes, negotiating and closing opportunities, troubleshooting, and fulfilling orders.
  • Achieve the annual sales quota for assigned accounts.
  • Qualify sales leads routed from Sales Development Representatives and drive leads to closed deals.
  • Facilitate administrative sales tasks and resolve order acceptance issues with sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems detailing sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status.
  • Assess customer information to anticipate changes that could affect sales revenues and budget plans; update rolling forecasts monthly and report on variances.
  • Monitor and maintain profitability with assigned accounts in line with division strategy, proactively managing changing product costs.
  • Coordinate closely with sales manager to ensure performance against key KPIs and metrics.
  • Communicate negotiation outcomes and ensure contract copies are appropriately documented, approved and distributed.
  • Work with Business Development Managers to obtain competitive pricing, cost and other information for the selling strategy.
  • Collaborate internally with supporting teams, including LTA management.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree.
Special Requirements
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • ITAR requirement.
  • Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements (120.15).

This position requires access to information subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with ITAR/EAR, applicants will need to provide documentation verifying U.S. person status.
