Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T2030) role rting hourly rate: $19.00 USD per hour.

ALL ABOUT STYLE: A Style Consultant is responsible for strong operations and delivering an incredible guest experience with compelling in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is set with the right products, accurately priced and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; solve and support guest service.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and adhere to visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests; remerchandise as items sell through.
• Support price change processes and signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by circulating merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting and assisting guests with their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.
