• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, helping solve specific needs.
• Thank guests and let them know you appreciate them choosing the store.
• Execute daily or weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Know the product, price, dimensions, and quality of the store’s inventory.
• Perform the assigned tasks as directed by your leader to achieve goals that align with business priorities.
• Keep merchandise set‑up, maintain and keep areas clean and organized.
• Manage base‑level inventory and keep product stock levels.
• Keep pricing in alignment and execute changes to product mark‑ups and price adjustments.
• Act on operational processes that allow for inventory accuracy and stock health.
• Handle merchandising, roles and positioning of bananas.
• Keep merch ply ability to meet production of promotions and is a great deliverability to star.
• Be knowledgeable about productoration and status in the store and overall, trust the cast negative balances, now used.
• Conduct checks of equipment and maintain operations.
• Stay safe, follow all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct them when possible.
• Support guest services such as cashier or digital fulfillment (e.g., picking, packing, delivery to guests).
• Maintain compliance culture while performing duties including local adult beverage laws.
• Perform other duties as business needs.
