Registered Nurse - Med​/Surg, ER, OR; Notional

This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in either the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel will likely be required.

• Provide medical services at the scope and level of a Registered Nurse to maintain the health of employees and client personnel.
• Assess urgent or emergent health needs, analyze data, and develop a care plan with the medical team.
• Recognize and treat illnesses and injuries within the scope of licensure and regulations.
• Ensure privacy laws and confidentiality (HIPAA, PHI, PII) are maintained.
• Respond to inquiries using knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Utilize research and reasoning skills to complete tasks accurately.
• Multitask effectively, maintaining professionalism and urgency.
• Record and maintain patient information per protocols and the Privacy Act.
• Identify signs and symptoms of physical and mental conditions.
• Exercise judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making daily.
• Follow infection control procedures and proper medication and equipment handling.
• Perform duties safely and in accordance with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing school.
• Active and unrestricted RN State License.
• At least 2 years of RN experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, stressful environment.
• Flexibility for shift changes based on operational needs.
• US citizenship or permanent residency in the US for at least 3 of the past 5 years.

• Current DHS clearance.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Prolonged sitting and standing.
• Bending, stooping, lifting as needed for patient care.
