Overview
The Production Scheduler will work cross functionally with supply chain to develop the monthly production plan. Based on the monthly production plan, the Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the production schedules for all finished goods and semi-finished goods batches across weighing, blending, encapsulation and finished goods packaging. This is achieved by communicating and working cross functionally with internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate updates to the monthly plan and corresponding schedules.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the monthly production plan based on customer ship dates and material availability.
- Develop and maintain weekly production schedules for weighing, blending, encapsulation and packaging.
- Review the weekly schedules daily with key stakeholders in operations and supply chain to ensure alignment on work order completion dates.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure deviations are completed and raw materials are released in a timely manner to support the weekly schedules.
- Determine root causes for schedule changes and update the monthly plan accordingly with proper reason codes.
- Proactively identify any potential delays or roadblocks to the production schedules and work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
- Assist operations by ensuring there is optimal flow of SFG batch records from pulling and kitting to finished good packaging.
- Proactively schedule and lead cross functional meetings with key stakeholders when issues arise that prevent us from attaining daily and monthly schedules.
- Achieve monthly attainment, revenue produced and revenue shipping goals.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $68,000.00 - $80,000.00/yr. 401K medical, dental, vision, PTO
