Production Scheduler

Compensation: $72,000 – $75,000 annually

We are seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain short- and long-term production plans that align with customer demand, material availability, and operational capacity. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure schedules are achievable, compliant, and executed on time.

• Develop and maintain monthly production plans based on customer ship dates, forecasted demand, and material availability.
• Create and manage weekly production schedules across multiple manufacturing processes, including weighing, blending, encapsulation, and packaging.
• Conduct daily reviews of weekly schedules with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support timely release of raw materials and resolve deviations to maintain production flow.
• Identify and document root causes for schedule changes; update plans using standardized reason codes.
• Proactively identify risks, delays, or constraints impacting schedules and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Support operational execution by ensuring efficient flow of semi-finished goods (SFG) batch records from kitting through final packaging.
• Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings when issues arise impacting production targets.
• Drive achievement of monthly production attainment, revenue production, and shipment goals.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a scheduling or planning capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working within an ERP system;

• Industry preference: Manufacturing, beauty, food & beverage (No aerospace candidates).
• Onsite role in Santa Clarita with flexible hours.
