Warehouse Material Handler - 3rd Shift

Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM or until work is completed, plus rotating Saturday's. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; commercial tire lifts may require team lifts or mechanical equipment
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
• Operate safely at heights up to 25 feet while using equipment
• Be on the move, willing to work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed
• Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
• Assist other departments such as e‑commerce and inventory as business needs arise
• Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations

The employee must perform visual, auditory, physical and mental tasks required for safe operation. Duties include lifting up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds occasionally; exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds for commercial tires. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seat belt, SRL. The environment may involve weather exposure, moderate noise, and fumes from tire components and lubricants.

• Minimum 18 years old to operate equipment
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
• Ability to safely lift 50 to 80 pounds and exert 40‑pound pushing force
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
• Compliance with all company safety policies and state/federal regulations
• Forklift certification
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Team‑work oriented
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana)
