Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Arbor Division Manager to oversee and manage our arbor care division. This on-site role, located in Valencia, CA, includes responsibilities such as leading arbor care projects, managing a team of arborists and technicians, coordinating with clients to meet project goals, and ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and service delivery. The Arbor Division Manager will also play a key role in budgeting, scheduling, and developing strategies to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.

• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in arbor care, tree maintenance, and landscaping practices.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, staff coordination, and project management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Proficient in client communication, planning, and execution of projects to meet customer expectations.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, guidelines, and regulatory standards relevant to arboriculture and landscaping.
• Ability to analyze financial information and oversee budgeting and resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or a related field is preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist or similar industry certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Valencia, CA.
