Who We Want

We are seeking an experienced Distributions Manager to oversee Pick, Pack, and Shipping operations. The Distributions Manager will be pivotal in optimizing order fulfillment processes, managing dedicated professionals, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader who can grow our teams and streamline efficiencies.

What You’ll Do
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Pick, Pack, and Shipping associates. Set performance goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt to shipping. Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. Implement and maintain best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy in fulfillment operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Collaborate with the Inventory Control team to conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure orders meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality. Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies or customer complaints related to fulfillment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Develop and implement new processes or technologies to enhance fulfillment efficiency.
  • Vendor and Carrier Relationships: Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and shipping carriers (LTL and Parcel carriers). Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize shipping costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on fulfillment metrics and KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, then implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field OR 5/6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Proven experience in fulfillment and warehouse management, ideally in an e‑commerce environment.
  • Experience working with ERP’s.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to align operations with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in using Order Management Systems (WMS) and related software.
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and inventory management best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and evolving e‑commerce environment.

Job Type: Full‑time, Exempt

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 per year
