Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic, Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided)

Join our legal team to manage complex litigation, counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings and work with vendors and industry collaborators.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on multiple risk areas
• Handle and secure outcomes in multi‑million dollar disputes
• Minimize risk through proactive counseling
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad

• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
