Senior Payroll Administrator

The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of assigned on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls for our organization; including multi-state, multi-entity, U.S and international payrolls.

• Timecard review and validation
• Final pay coordination
• Advanced payroll computations and concepts (complex sales commissions, FLSA Overtime, blended rates, gross up, 409(a), etc.)
• Supplemental payments

• Employee updates
• Payroll reconciliation
• Accruals reconciliation and journal preparation
• Year-End & Quarter-End Processes

• Employee and stakeholder service & collaboration
• Process Management
• Compliance
• Teaming with Human Resources

• Five or more years’ experience in full-cycle payroll processing with a proven ability to manage complex payroll challenges
• ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager
• Knowledge of pre- and post-tax payroll
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher)
• Working knowledge of laws and regulations affecting pay, deductions, and taxation
• Flexibility to work outside business hours when needed

• Experience with multi-entity, multi-state, and global payroll
• ADP Professional Certification
• FPC or CPP credential
• AS or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Compensation range $82,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus
