Shield Health Care is looking for an Reimbursement Manager, for our Valencia, CA corporate office. The primary function of this position Implements internal processes and controls to ensure compliance with new and existing regulatory requirements. This position is onsite.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for working with provider, government and advocacy agencies as assigned.
• Communication of policy changes to appropriate internal staff
• Monitors regulatory agency policy changes to include research and communication of findings to internal sources.
• Assisting in management of all reimbursement related issues and policies/procedures as assigned
• Responsible for communicating reimbursement related policy to internal sources.
• Act as a resource to the organization for payer knowledge and support
• Miscellaneous projects as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years management experience
• Strong financial analysis, Compliance and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent presentation skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to travel, as needed
