Full-Time Caregivers with Steady Clients & Reliable Hours

$18–$20/hr | 6+ Hour Shifts | Full-Time & Weekend Caregivers

On the Companion Care program, you’ll work regular, recurring shifts (minimum 6 hours) with one or two clients each week. This full‑scope non‑medical caregiving should include personal care, mobility, safety, meal prep, light housekeeping, and more. We’ll match you based on your availability, preferences, and experience, and our team provides ongoing support.

• Want a consistent schedule and long‑term client relationships
• Prefer 6+ hour shifts with just 1–2 clients
• Are comfortable with hands‑on personal care and dementia support
• Have weekday availability (ideally 5 days/week) or full weekend availability
• Are patient, reliable, and proactive
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Only want on‑call, overnight, or occasional shifts
• Are not comfortable helping with bathing, hygiene, or incontinence care
• Can’t commit to a steady schedule each week
• Don’t drive or lack access to reliable transportation

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California
• Completed Live Scan background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and communication apps
• Strong communication skills and reliability — clients count on you
