Compensation: Up to $155,000 annually.

Coverage:

• Area coverage within a 10 to 20-mile radius of your home.
• Santa Clarita, Castaic, Valencia, and surrounding areas.

• Help patients and families adapt to their environment, modify tasks, and use equipment to improve participation in daily life.
• Help the patient manage fatigue to conserve energy and reduce stress.
• Teach relaxation techniques with the goal of improving sleep; educate on joint protection, chronic pain management, and use of adapted equipment as part of daily care.

• Occupational Therapist Position — work with a team of professional therapists focused on home health done the right way.
• Work with a team that supports your growth, productivity, and success.
• We are PTs and we treat and pay you right.

Geriatric patient population.

• Evaluate patients.
• Follow up with patients.
• Patients are seen 2 to 3 times per week.
• Post-surgical.
• Home safety assessments.
• ROM (range of motion).
• Strength training.
• Equipment evaluation.

• Excellent communication skills.
• CA Licensed Physical Therapist.
• CPR Certified.
• Recent Physical within last year.
• Clear TB Testing within the last year.
• Experienced (Entry Levels to Seasoned).
• Works well unsupervised.

• 45-minute treatments.
• Easy laptop documentation.
• 1 to 7 patients per day.
• Documentation is not the emphasis; patient care is.

• You are paired with a Senior OT to bounce ideas off of.
• Full orientation.
• On-site assistance.
• Shadowing.
• Documentation review.

• PT is owned and run.
• Ethical.
• Established for over 8 years.
