We are seeking an inpatient Physical Therapist to join our hospital team in Valencia, CA! Our 357-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including an acute rehab unit where therapists help individuals regain independence.

• Review patients’ medical history.
• Provide excellent 1:1 care, spending an average of 40 minutes with each patient.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in California.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
