Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

A fast‑growing manufacturing company in the Santa Clarita Valley is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting operations, drive financial accuracy, and support strategic decision‑making. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong GAAP expertise and manufacturing experience.

• Lead all accounting functions, financial reporting, and month/year‑end close
• Maintain GL integrity, internal controls, and policy compliance
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory analysis, and variance reporting
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Manage and mentor accounting team; collaborate across departments
• Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and banking contacts

• Manufacturing experience required
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• $140-170k/yr + discretionary bonus
