Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A (Global, Growth-Focused Business)

Location: Valencia, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Compensation: Competitive base salary + annual bonus + strong benefits

A global, publicly traded healthcare technology company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-visibility FP&A team supporting a fast-growing business within the organization. This role offers hands‑on exposure to senior leadership, ownership of core planning and reporting processes, and the opportunity to grow within a world‑class finance function.

The Opportunity

This role acts as a true business partner
, supporting monthly close, forecasting, and planning while delivering insights that help drive informed decision‑making. You’ll work closely with finance leadership and cross‑functional partners in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and analytical rigor matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly financial close
    , including management reporting and variance analysis
  • Own components of the forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning processes
  • Partner with functional leaders to understand drivers of spend and performance
  • Prepare executive‑ready presentations and ad hoc analyses for leadership
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement
  • Respond to time‑sensitive requests from senior stakeholders with accuracy and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience in a large, complex organization
  • Strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., Hyperion/Oracle, SAP) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite)
