Project Manager, Environmental Engineer, Water Management

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver water resources, construction, or environmental engineering projects, including stormwater management, floodplain analysis, dam safety, and infrastructure projects. This role involves managing high-profile projects for municipal, state, federal, and private sector clients.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risk registers, and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards; monitor safety and environmental considerations.
• Provide leadership to project teams and serve as primary point of contact for clients.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in water resources, civil, or environmental engineering (construction or design).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; knowledge of relevant regulations and permits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
