Dyno Maintenance Engineer

Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $/yr

Our team is currently looking for a Dyno Maintenance Engineer for our client Honda Racing Corporation.

• Provide efficient testing and evaluation of engines, chassis gearboxes, components, and electrical systems.
• Maintain, evaluate, propose, plan, and implement improvements of testing hardware and capabilities of all HRC's dynos and associated equipment to meet current and future business needs.

• 3 year experience specifying, investigating, evaluating, and selecting testing equipment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or possess permanent residency.
• Project Management experience in dealing with outside vendors and contractors for test facilities operation and maintenance.
• Strong planning, organizational and scheduling skills involving staff allocation based on an evaluation of work needs and an estimation of timing and skills required.
• Budgeting skills: managing significant funds required to maintain and operate highly sophisticated test facilities.
• Project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or similar software is required.
• Detailed oriented individual who can work effectively under pressure in a culturally diverse environment.
• Ability to work self-directed, under minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to identify and resolve routine problems.
• Demonstrates clear sense of urgency appropriate to a competitive racing environment.
