As the Sr. Engineering Manager – Project Execution, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of small / medium / large‑scale development projects in addition to supporting fielded production. You will lead a team of professionals engaged in leading efforts with start‑to‑finish responsibilities for New Product Introduction from proposal to transition into production and an active participant in production support ensuring ITT is meeting internal / external customer expectations.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Provide effective leadership to the sustainment engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee the efforts associated with executing new and current book of business within the Orchard Park location and supporting other facilities as needed.
- Work closely with OP functional peers and other ITT site leadership to ensure seamless collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment on engineering strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of Aerospace and Industrial Product Lines, SIOP process owner, product margin analysis, etc.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NPI, increased revenue and margin and establish / improve business execution processes.
- Track labor and expense budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources to meet project and organizational objectives.
- Ensure that all engineering activities adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Foster the professional growth and development of team members through coaching, mentorship, and training opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional teams in New Product Development and Production.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing staff within the aerospace or related industry and track record for success for the ability to motivate and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and locations.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a track record of developing SOP’s with clear Standard Work and Leader Standard Work.

Specific benefits are dependent upon whether or not the position is part of a collective‑bargaining agreement. The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
Equal Pay Act Range: $144,600 - $216,000
