* * Your Challenge
* Lead engineering teams in executing project plans in alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
* Track and report project progress using
** MS Project**, identifying schedule variances and cost impacts.
* Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports to guide engineering activities.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support product development.
* Evaluate design proposals, specifications, and manuals to ensure technical and cost feasibility.
* Develop and monitor production plans, fabrication methods, and product operations.
* Define system components and modifications to meet design and performance requirements.
* Design and implement testing procedures, control apparatus, and validation processes.
* Investigate and resolve equipment or system malfunctions, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
* Support installation, operation, and maintenance of systems to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
* Assist in estimating project costs, preparing bids, and developing related technical documentation.
* Promote safety, reliability, and process improvement across all engineering activities.

What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 8+ years of engineering experience (defense or aerospace preferred).
* Proven experience managing technical projects with MS Project.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
* Ability to organize diverse technical teams and drive results under tight timelines.
