• Lead & Inspire:
  Manage and mentor engineering teams across multiple properties, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Strategic Oversight:
  Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, energy‑saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Operational Excellence:
  Ensure all systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety—are functioning optimally.
• Budget & Planning:
  Oversee capital projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with property GMs for long‑term asset protection.
• Guest Satisfaction:
  Respond promptly to guest needs and maintain the highest standards of property appearance and functionality.

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Expertise in preventive maintenance and energy management.
• Leadership and team development skills.
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certifications such as EPA, CPO, or similar are a plus.

Minimum 5 years in hotel engineering leadership, preferably multi‑property or large‑scale operations.
Proven track record managing engineering teams and driving results.

Experience with budgeting, capital planning, and project management.
Familiarity with hospitality brand standards and compliance requirements.
