The William S. Hart Union High School District is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join our team. The Classroom Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, providing instruction, assessing student performance, and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with state and district standards
• Provide instruction to students in a variety of subjects
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback to students and parents as necessary
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and success
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid California teaching credential
• EL/CLAD authorization required
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter and effective instructional practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $58,401 to $103,472 Per Year
