We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pool Construction Sales & Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of new pool builds—from initial customer contact and sales through project completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and understands the construction process.

The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with hands-on project management experience to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate project execution, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet prospective customers on-site to assess project scope and requirements
  • Prepare accurate job bids, estimates, and budgets for new pool builds
  • Manage and follow up on sales leads and maintain a personal sales funnel
  • Close new construction contracts and manage seamlessly into project execution
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the sales and build process
Project Management
  • Manage pool construction projects from contract signing through completion
  • Coordinate schedules, timelines, and workflows for all phases of construction
  • Organize, schedule, and manage subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Obtain and manage required permits and inspections
  • Collect project payments according to contract milestones
Customer Communication & Accountability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
  • Provide regular updates on progress, timelines, and any changes
  • Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish
Experience
  • Prior experience in construction sales, project management, or both (pool construction experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing personal sales goals
  • Proficient with basic technology (email, spreadsheets, CRM/project management tools)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
