Overview

The Reimbursement Manager role at DKKD Staffing is based in Valencia, CA. It is a 100% onsite role (when not traveling) with travel within the US. The client requires US Citizenship or proof of Legal/ Permanent Resident Green Card status.

LOCATION

Base pay range
: $93,000.00/yr - $/yr

Salary range
: $90,000.00 to $ annually

• Responsible for working with provider, government and advocacy agencies as assigned
• Communication of policy changes to appropriate internal staff
• Monitors regulatory agency policy changes to include research and communication of findings to internal sources
• Assisting in management of all reimbursement related issues and policies/procedures as assigned
• Responsible for communicating reimbursement related policy to internal sources
• Act as a resource to the organization for payer knowledge and support
• Miscellaneous projects as assigned by manager

• 2 years management experience
• Strong financial analysis, compliance and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent presentation skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to travel, as needed
