Riedel is headquartered in Wuppertal, Germany, employs over 700 people in 20 locations throughout Europe, Australia, Asia and the Americas.
As a result of continued growth, Riedel Communications is looking to hire a talented and motivated candidate to support our sales team in their daily challenges. As an Order Administrator, you will be responsible for on‑time processing of national and international orders from order receipt to delivery, including subsequent invoicing and payment monitoring, internal planning of order processing in close cooperation with sales, and acting as a first‑class service partner for external and internal customers in questions of invoicing and delivery.
Responsibilities- Adding fulfillment dates to Order Confirmations
- Communicating lead times to Sales and Customers
- Primary contact with OMM in HQ and Riedel Canada
- Scheduling the day for Logistics team
- Participating in allocation planning
- Tracking deposits and pre‑payments prior to shipment planning
- PO’s to HQ for finished goods and repair parts
- PO’s to Riedel Canada
- PO’s to all third‑party vendors
- DMS – reconcile intercompany accounts and make/request adjustments as needed
- Customer return orders
- Cycle counts
- Customer invoice generation and distribution
- Customer credit memo generation and distribution
- Sales tax documentation management
- Commercial and business management knowledge
- Proven experience in the relevant field of work, ideally in a product selling industry
- Secure handling of ERP and/or CRM systems and very good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Independent, process‑ and solution‑oriented way of working
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to function calmly in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to positively manage situations of a dynamic nature; to be able to modify plans, actions, and decisions in light of changing situations and circumstances while still meeting, or proposing modified deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding, and the regular use of a time‑management process, which systematically structures one’s own work to provide for effective task performance and to plan and prioritize items to meet future demands
- Strong team player whose personality and basic attitude fit into an international, strongly medium‑sized company
- Ability to think across divisions and willingness to work closely with other departments in a respectful and trusted manner
- Loyalty, high reliability
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)

Salary range: $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
