Overview
We are a busy chiropractic office in the Santa Clarita Valley seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our staff long-term. This position involves learning all areas of the office — from patient therapies and assisting the doctor to front desk and administrative support. Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with our team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Aboutthe Role
This is a cross-trained position where you’ll learn every part of how our office runs — from back office therapies to assisting the doctors, front desk check-in and checkout, scanning, and light administrative work. This role involves extensive training, so we are seeking someone who is looking for a long-term position and wants to grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities- Back Office & Patient Care
- Assist patients with therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and traction as directed by the doctor.
- Help the doctors during patient visits by documenting care and managing EMR records accurately (attention to detail is critical).
- Prepare patients for adjustments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area.
- Take and record patient vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature).
- Office & Facility Support
- Keep rooms and common areas tidy; assist with daily upkeep such as taking out trash and mopping bathrooms.
- Learn and assist at the front desk — check-in, checkout, scheduling, and scanning.
- Support the team with light administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned.
- Required:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (all day). - Hours:
Monday and Wednesdays: 8:45a-12:30p, 2:45pm-6pm. Fridays: 8:15a-12p, 2:45p-5:30p
Training:
Flexible hours on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays during the training period. Generally, training is done 9a-1p on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.

- Comfortable working in a busy, structured environment where multitasking is essential.
- Team-oriented and positive — ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Able to stay on your feet and handle a physically active workday.
- Looking for long-term employment and motivated to grow with the practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Must be professional, reliable, and eager to learn all aspects of the office.
- Hands-on training in both clinical and front-office operations.
