This role plays an important part in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are received, organized, and distributed efficiently to support our project teams and field crews. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that supports active construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to confirm materials match packing slips and purchase orders
- Store and organize electrical materials, tools, and equipment within the warehouse
- Stage materials for pickup or delivery to project teams and field crews
- Load and unload deliveries, equipment, and jobsite returns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with preparing materials for transport to local job sites when needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for tracking materials or documentation
- Strong communication skills when working with warehouse staff and field personnel
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience working in construction or with electrical materials is a plus
- This position is based in our Santa Clara warehouse facility and is not eligible for remote work.
- Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment and may occasionally involve visiting active job sites to support material deliveries or pickups.
- Warehouse work may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials or equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Employees may assist with loading and unloading trucks and organizing materials throughout the warehouse.
- Noise levels may range from moderate to high depending on equipment, deliveries, and warehouse activity.
- May require occasional travel to local project sites or vendor locations.
