Senior Software QA Engineer - Mapping

Sustainable Talent is partnering with Nvidia, a global leader that has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer – Mapping to support our client’s team based in Santa Clara, CA.

This is a full‑time (W‑2) contract role. We offer competitive pay of $40/hr – $60/hr based on factors such as experience, education, and location, and provide full benefits, PTO, and an amazing company culture!

• Perform testing of HD/SD map editing tools during the weekly release process, including creating test plans & test cases, executing tests, and bug triaging.
• Create release notes and communicate them to the map operations team.
• Develop UI test automation to increase test efficiency.
• Work closely with multi‑functional teams to propose, review, and prioritize product features & bug fixes.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of solid Software QA experience testing UI applications, with 2+ years focused on mapping tools.
• 5+ years of experience in the mapping field.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile process.
• Proficient in Python.
• Experience with web UI test automation frameworks.
• GIS background is a great plus.
• A self‑starter who requires minimal supervision.
• Great team player with excellent communication skills.
