Job SummaryWe are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join our Content Platform team, focusing on the development and support of our merchandising applications. This role involves creating monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging internally developed code, improving metric-gathering systems, and enhancing current software alongside Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in software development, possess strong problem‑solving skills, and exhibit superior communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop monitoring solutions for production applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in internally developed code.
- Perform SQL queries to support development tasks.
- Work on the enhancement of current software and automation of support processes.
- Participate in documentation efforts of our systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java and React
- Should have experience in Data Structure & Algorithms
- Experience in System Design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling)
