• Take full responsibility for proposing, designing, and delivering the next layer of software.
• Influence the Hardware/ASIC/FPGA specs to build the next generation of microarchitecture.
• Understand the interplay between compute, memory network, storage and acceleration capabilities and use it to suggest directions.
• Have a keen eye for security and performance implications of design decisions.
• Maintain uncompromising code quality and perform diligent code reviews.
• Show gentle but firm mentoring skills.
• Stay informed of industry trends and design solutions accordingly.

• Experience in embedded firmware architecture.
• Experience in design for QoS architectures with control‑latency environments.
• Knowledge of current state‑of‑the‑art development and profiling tools and their real‑world application.
• Experience in server architecture and knowledge of emerging trends, like CXL.
• 10+ years of expertise in architecture and microarchitecture of data center compute platforms, including IO/PCIe/CXL, NICs, memory and storage technologies.
• 8+ years of excellent technical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

The expected base salary range for this full‑time position is $175,000 to $220,000. The base salary offered will be based on a candidate’s relevant experience to the job role, location, education, experience level, and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer 401K, unlimited PTO, health insurance, and stock options.
