AI Engineer, Software Engineer, Machine Learning/ ML Engineer, Game Development / Testing
Overview
We are a next-generation mobile game company redefining how games are built. By leveraging AI across the full development lifecycle—from ideation and asset creation to gameplay tuning and live operations—we automate and accelerate Unity-based game production you are excited about applying cutting-edge AI to real production systems and seeing your work directly power shipped games played by millions, we’d love to talk.
Role OverviewAs a Software Engineer, AI Application, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems that integrate directly into our Unity-based game development pipeline. You will bridge AI research and production engineering—turning models into reliable, scalable, real-time applications that automate brainstorming, content generation, game logic, balancing, testing, publishing, marketing and live operations workflows. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, hands-on AI implementation experience, and the ability to translate product needs into intelligent systems.
Key Responsibilities- AI System Development:
Design and implement AI-driven tools and services that automate Unity game development workflows - AI System Development:
Integrate LLMs, generative AI models, and ML systems into production pipelines - AI System Development:
Build real-time inference systems and backend services to support AI native game development
- Unity & Pipeline Integration:
Develop SDKs, APIs, and internal tools that connect AI services with Unity projects - Unity & Pipeline Integration:
Optimize AI integration for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency - Unity & Pipeline Integration:
Collaborate with game engineers to product ionize AI native content generation
- Automation & Optimization:
Build AI systems for procedural content generation, asset creation, balancing, and QA automation - Automation & Optimization:
Implement evaluation frameworks to measure AI output quality and impact - Automation & Optimization:
Continuously improve model performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and feedback loops
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with game designers, data scientists, and product managers to define AI use cases - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Translate experimental AI prototypes into stable production systems - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
