• Help deliver extraordinary products on time by leading new product build readiness and cross‑functional alignment
• Ensure continuous process improvement by tracking and publishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and helping to implement process improvements when critical metric results are below target
• Run a checklist of cross‑functional results for your programs and ensure that team members are completing assignments on time
• Lead and attend cross‑functional NPI meetings related to your products and highlight key Operations issues, handle them to closure to ensure the product is ready for production
• Suggest process improvements, work to get cross‑functional alignment for your suggestions and detail the revised processes to help the entire team become more efficient

• Minimum of 8+ years Program Management experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong work ethic, an ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations
• Previous experience leading Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and system builds

• Technical major strongly preferred
• NPI Programs experience

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
