Manager, Software Verification - Networking

Lead software verification team for NVIDIA's Infini Band & NVLINK switch OS, the networking technology behind the AI revolution.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising and guiding a group of software developers.
• Leading the development of testing infrastructure & capabilities.
• Leading all aspects of new features and platforms testing coverage.
• Being actively hands-on (50%) in OS software coding and debugging.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including Hardware, Firmware, Dev Ops, etc.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's or MS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ overall years of industry experience and 5+ years of leadership or management experience
• Proficiency in Python/C/C++ programming.
• Experience with Firmware or BSP/Drivers
• Ability to self-teach and learn quickly.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with Linux & Networking.
• Excellent social and written communication skills
• Experience with internal and external customers.
• Working knowledge of automation frameworks

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
