** What you will be doing:
*** Lead Agentic AI solutions including sophisticated AI agents and fine tuning & integrating with enterprise production systems.
* Play a key role in design, development, and deployment of AI applications using LLMs, internal and external Agentic frameworks, and other related technologies.
* Develop and optimize retrieval and generation algorithms for enterprise data (text, code, and images) to build advanced AI applications.
* Drive impact by designing and deploying LLM-powered solutions for engineering assistants and multi-turn, multi-modal dialogue systems.
* Make a difference by leveraging AI technologies to solve complex problems in chip design, driving innovation and meaningful impact across the industry.
* Stay ahead by engaging with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI to create state-of-the-art solutions.
* Lead with purpose and maintain high-quality engineering practices that inspire others to achieve excellence.
** What we need to see:
*** Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of proven industry experience
* Proficiency in rapid prototyping using Python with strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
* Experience with fine-tuning large language models, building advanced multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines and vector databases.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to thrive in dynamic, product-focused, and distributed teams.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge as needed to achieve results.#LI-Hybrid Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.You
