* The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Hardware Development team designs and builds mission-critical, ultra-high-performance, integrated compute and storage systems with sophisticated embedded software and advanced management services (ILOM, UEFI). We are seeking a seasoned  
** Quality Engineer
** with expertise in  
** test automation utilizing Python** . You will be an integral part of a team that spearheads the development of innovative testing methodologies to validate the robustness of our platforms, conducts meticulous root-cause analysis of failures, and collaborates closely with development partners to implement corrective actions. ** Responsibilities*

+ Develop and implement automated tests using Python.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain test cases and suites.

+ Execute test suites, analyze failures, identify and report bugs, and update tests as needed.

+ Maintain and update test cases and suites to align with platform changes and enhancements.

+ Stay current with technological advancements to develop effective test cases.

+ Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

+ The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with short release cycles, where adaptability and rapid turnaround are essential.

Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
